Hmm, I hadn't even considered marketing it. I would be interested in a trade. I'm going to hold off on putting all of it together (there seems to be a couple hours worth) until I get the missing section. Also, since these were silent 8mm films I'm in the process of tracking down the "hit songs" of the period to underscore the movies, put all the bits together in FCP and re-encode them for DVD. In the meantime I am archiving any other New York related stuff on to some other DVDs. But all I'm doing is taking stuff that's already availible from the Prelinger archive and bringing them over into a more "user-friendly" form. I am doing this mostly for kicks. I can keep you informed of my progress. Thanks for your interest.

Looking at the quality of the images, I would think that these are 16mm films

It's around 6 hours worth of material.

I've mentioned it in another thread, but I think Raymond Scott and the John Kirby Orchestra fit the material perfectly.
